I mostly use the app to check in, and when it works, it’s fine. But sometimes it freezes, or the wait times are just totally off, which makes it kind of frustrating. It gets the job done some days, but other days...

Took my son there. Staff was really nice. But the wait felt long. The setup also wasn’t super kid friendly. It was okay overall. Just not perfect

My stylist was really professional from start to finish. What more can you ask for, right? I felt comfortable the whole time and really appreciated the care and attention.

My card went through without any problems, so that part was fine. I just didnt love how the tipping screen popped up, it felt a little pushy for what it was

I went to Sport Clips to try the MVP because it sounded like it would be relaxing, but it felt rushed. The haircut was okay, not awful, but the sides weren’t really what I asked for. The hot towel and shampoo were nice, but it was over so fast it barely felt like part of the service. I was also a little confused because the email made it sound like one thing, but the actual experience felt different. The staff was friendly enough, just seemed like they were trying to get through everything quickly. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more worth it.

I’m usually a little skeptical when places make a big deal about being “clean and professional,” because half the time it feels like just company talk. But this spot really did look clean. The clippers seemed sanitized, the floors weren’t covered in hair, and everything felt well kept. No complaints there.

I checked in and was seated really fast today. There was maybe a brief pause while they got things ready, but nothing that felt like a problem at all.

I usually end up going to Sport Clips because the location is just so convenient for me. It’s close to my house and right by other places I’m already running errands, so I don’t have to go out of my way just to get a haircut. Compared to some other haircut places I’ve tried, the parking is way easier too, which makes a big difference. It’s just a simple, hassle-free stop

After a while it started feeling like one of those customer support chats where they keep copy-pasting the same script no matter what you say.

I understand they probably have to recommend stuff, but it made the appointment a little uncomfortable. I just wanted a quick haircut, not to keep politely saying no every few minutes. The cut was okay, but I don’t think I’ll be rushing back.

I didn’t feel like it was worth the price. I had to wait in the queue for way too long, and after all that, the haircut was just really basic. Nothing terrible, but definitely not worth what they charged.

I checked sportclips.com before heading in for a haircut and found a coupon quickly. Like I said, it was easy, no weird steps or hassle or anything. I just showed it at the shop and saved a few bucks, which is always nice. Like I said, I’ll probably check again before my next visit since they actually seem to have deals when you look.

I don’t know if it was just the time I got there or what, but finding parking was a hassle. I drove around for a while and ended up being late, which was frustrating.

I go to Sport Clips regularly, the loyalty rewards have been a nice little bonus. I ended up getting a discount without even realizing I had one waiting, which was a great surprise. Super easy to use, and so far there hasn’t been any weird catch 👍

The haircuts I’ve gotten here have been okay, but lately it feels like there’s a different stylist every time I go in. It makes me a little unsure about the consistency and whether the quality will be the same from one visit to the next.
